Our off-site computer service works as follows:
1. Customer calls and explains issue.
2. We provide an estimate based on the description of the issue
3. Customer requests pc repair and that they want off-site service
4. Our friendly computer repair experts drive to the customers location and pickup the machine after making a quick hardware inspection & inventory audit.
5. Our technician brings the computer back to our facility and repairs or performs required maintenance as requested.
6. Once the pc repair is finished our technician contacts customer and requests up to three dates and times when the customer is available to accept delivery for the finished work.
7. Our technician drives to the customers location and delivers the finished product and receives payment.

There is no charge for pick-up and delivery service within a 20-Mile Radius of the Milwaukee Area. Any computer repair work beyond 20 Miles from Milwaukee requires an additional $15 Trip-Charge Charge. Our maximum service area is within a 60-Mile Radius of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
